Validity
These terms and conditions govern Glitter & Gloss(G&G) 'Party Bookings' and 'Online Shop' orders performance relating to the sale and supply of goods and service to the customer. G&G reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions any time by updating this text page; and the customer is bound by such modifications or revisions.

Contract with Customer
The contract between G&G and the customer comes into existence upon the acceptance of the customers order i.e. when payment has been received. G&G is entitled to withdraw from contracts in the case of obvious typographical or arithmetical inaccuracies appearing on G&G website.
If a party booking has been done via a deposit cheque and booking form the outstanding balance is due at the commence of the party.
In the case of our party service G&G will only honour party dates where availability has previously been checked with the G&G Office. G&G has the right to change party dates and times. Cancellation of a party, on your part, for any reason makes you liable to full payment.
Re-scheduling of a party is usually possible. Please contact the G&G Office to discuss this matter.

Pricing and Availability
The prices of the goods are those specified on G&G Web site. The price, as displayed, is inclusive of VAT (at standard UK rate). There will be an additional charge for delivery. Orders are subject to availability. In the unlikely event that the goods are unavailable, the customer will be notified by email. Price and availability information is subject to change without notice.

Delivery of Goods
G&G will deliver the goods ordered to the delivery address supplied by the customer. Availability permitting, all orders paid for by Paypal will be dispatched within 3 to 5 working days. G&G is entitled to deliver the order in part. Dispatch of goods constitutes fulfillment of contract.

Delivery of Service and Contract
G&G always does it's utmost to deliver a high standard of service to all it's customers. In the rare event that you are not happy with the service you have received please inform the G&G Office via the 'Contact Us' page.

Return of Goods
If for any reason the customer is unhappy with their purchase they can return to G&G for an exchange or refund, providing G&G receives it within a 15-day period of it's original receipt by the customer. Returned products must be received by G&G in good condition, and all component parts, including any promotional products or literature that may have been included with your purchase. A note explaining the reason for your return should also be enclosed. G&G reserves the right to use it's discretion regarding reasons for returned goods and their state upon return. This does not affect your statutory rights. The customer bears the cost for returning the goods for refund or exchange, except in the case of faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied goods. (G&G recommends you use registered post or recorded delivery when returning goods and that proof of postage is retained).

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Contracts between G&G and the customer will be governed by English Law and all disputes will be submitted to the non-exclusive jurisdiction or the English courts.
