Delivery of Goods
G&G will deliver the goods ordered to the delivery address supplied by the customer. Availability permitting, all orders paid for by Paypal will be dispatched within 3 to 5 working days. G&G is entitled to deliver the order in part. Despatch of goods constitutes fulfillment of contract.

Return of Goods
If for any reason the customer is unhappy with their purchase or are not what they ordered they can return them to G&G for an exchange or refund, providing G&G receives it within a 15-day period of its original receipt by the customer. Returned products must be received by G&G in good condition, and all component parts, including any promotional products or literature that may have been included with your purchase. A note explaining the reason for your return should also be enclosed. G&G reserves the right to use it's discretion regarding reasons for returned goods and their state upon return. This does not affect your statutory rights. The customer bears the cost for returning the goods for refund or exchange, except in the case of faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied goods. (G&G recommends you use registered post or recorded delivery when returning goods and that proof of postage is retained).

The only accepted method of payment is Paypal.

Goods ordered to the value of: -
£0.00     →    £14.99 are charged at    £2.49
£15.00   →    £24.99 are charged at    £3.49
£25.00   →    £49.99 are charged at    £4.99
£50.00   →    and over are charged at £0.99

For deliveries outside the UK please contact us.

The Delivery Rate includes postage, packing materials,processing and administrative costs. All orders will be shipped via Royal Mail.
